Every Council account starts with read-only access to TX001 and a private route namespace of its own.

The necessary names

Open the account

NameChoose any name you want to use in the Council. An invitation name is only a suggestion and can be changed. HandleSuggested from your name using lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. You can replace it with any available handle. Email Password Repeat password Language

All of this is optional and private. Blank fields are perfectly respectable.

Birthday, birthplace, emotion, address, phone, affiliations, note, and portrait remain optional private account data. They are not posted to the Forum.
